Welcome To Time 2 Move Forward

Providing Freedom From Anxiety Depression, Stress and More With TRTP

Hello I am Lisa Saltnes, founder of Time 2 Move Forward

For the past five years, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Judith Richards (Creator of TRTP), whose expertise and encouragement inspired me to train as a TRTP practitioner. Now, I guide clients through this transformative process, helping them break free from trauma and step into a life of confidence and clarity.

If you are ready to take the step away from limiting self beliefs, impacts of past events that never belonged to you and step into empowerment and self belief, then I would like to offer you the opportunity to connect with me for a free discovery call to help you understand how I can help with TRTP.

Do These Feel Familiar?

  • Do you suffer from persistent anxiety and wonder if it will ever lift?

  • Have you noticed a pattern of self-sabotage, despite your best intentions?

  • Does the weight of past experiences feel like holding balloons under water—keeping you trapped?

  • Are symptoms of depression, stress or intrusive thoughts undermining your confidence?

If you answered “yes” to any of these, you’re experiencing common signs of unresolved trauma—patterns that talk therapy alone often manages but doesn’t clear.

The Richards Trauma Process (TRTP Therapy) works differently, unlike therapies that simply manage symptoms, TRTP sets out to resolve the underlying causes of anxiety, depression, PTSD and related struggles—providing sustainable relief and empowerment. Under Lisa Saltnes’s expert guidance, you’ll engage in a structured process that uncovers what’s truly holding you back, releases the emotional weight, and installs lasting, positive shifts—often in as few as three sessions.

It doesn't have to be traumatic to be trauma

Most of us picture trauma as a single, catastrophic event—yet the wounds that hold us back often stem from subtler, repeated injuries:

  • Attachment Disruptions: Growing up with emotionally unavailable or absent caregivers can leave you feeling unsafe, unseen or unworthy.

  • Everyday Hurts: Schoolyard bullying, harsh criticism or chronic neglect may seem “minor” at the time—but their impact accumulates.

  • Cumulative Strain: A series of small betrayals or losses can create the same deep-rooted pain as a single major shock.

All too often, we minimise these experiences—“packing them away” in hopes they’ll fade. But if something “doesn’t feel right,” it probably isn’t. That ongoing unease, self-doubt or low-grade anxiety is your body and mind signaling unresolved distress.

TRTP Therapy recognizes these subtler forms of trauma and resolves them at their source—releasing the weight of long-buried hurts so you can reclaim safety, confidence and genuine well-being.

I have experienced a tumultuous life, lots of ups and downs and loss of family members through suicide..  I found Lisa through the TRTP website. She has turned my life around. I cannot express the gratitude 🙏 I feel for her helping me navigate my life. Lisa is an excellent life coach. She has life experience, was understanding and so in tune with me and where I was. I was merely "existing" and every day was a chore. I cannot thank her enough for opening up a new "shiny" world for me, she turned all my negatives into positives, such a beautiful and heartfelt human.
