About Me
Let’s just say my journey hasn’t exactly been a walk in the park. Growing up, I endured years of relentless school bullying and a less-than-ideal home life. It left its mark, as you can imagine. Over time, a series of life’s curveballs chipped away at my confidence and belief in myself. But here’s the thing: if you’d met me back then, you’d never have guessed it. I was the bubbly, outgoing girl—chatting up a storm, always with a smile, and oozing confidence. What you wouldn’t have seen was the girl underneath, trying desperately to be liked, to fit in, to feel heard. I wanted to belong desperately.

For years, I told myself I was just a super empathetic soul—always putting others first, being “the good person,” while completely ignoring my own needs. Let’s be honest, boundaries? Never heard of ’em! I met some amazing people along the way who brought light into my world (bless their kind souls), and others… well, let’s just say they had the opposite effect. I was left feeling like a puzzle piece that didn’t quite fit—full of self-doubt and wondering if I’d ever find where I belonged.
But here’s the thing: all of those experiences? They shaped me into who I am today. They taught me compassion, resilience, and how to laugh even when life throws lemons the size of watermelons. Now, as a TRTP practitioner, I help others find their spark again—guiding them towards healing, confidence, and figuring out their place in the world. Because if I can do it, so can you. And trust me, I’ll be right there with you, cheering you on every step of the way.
